Mini cheesy cupcake @ The Loaf, Pavilion KL.

Ever been to the bakery shop named The Loaf at Pavilion KL? which is known that it was opened by our PM's daughter.

Anyway, I passed by this bakery shop yesterday evening and found something NEW they were selling! They called "U hu hu! Let's say cheese (^u^)v". It's cheese cupcake! Not like the usual cupcake/muffin we usually see selling in the bakery store. this is just like cheesecake, in a cup!

Alright, let me tell you about how good it is. Definitely "Highly" recommended by me. Better go try it now before quality turns bad (which I never had faith in KL's food quality maintenance). It's been a very long time since I last had cakes that satisfy me. I'm bored of hotel cakes and cakes that are sold in starbucks and coffee bean. Now this is slightly different, in spite of the cake in the cup thingy... which is something new here. The taste and texture is heavenly. It has a very smooth and soft texture, it's like the texture between a very soft sponge cake combined with cheese. Not too sweet, just nice (for me). Aroma is not bad too. Go and give it a try. Dessert lovers will absolutely like it!

I haven't tried all their flavors yet. But I tasted some that I can give comment about.

Caramelised Heartiness - First time when I taste it. I was in heaven~ the cheese and caramel taste goes along pretty well, neither one of it tasted too heavy. There's also a very soft biscuit/crust at the bottom, very moisture and aromatic as well. Should really try this!

Luxurious Chocolate
- This is recommended by the shop keeper. To me, it's recommended to dessert lovers who like it less sweet. The chocolate is semi-sweet, which is just one layer one top of the cheese cake. Inside, it's plain cheese cake with the soft moisture biscuit bottom. Nothing to shout about if you're bored with chocolate flavor.

Sem 6 Term 1 break celebration @ Telok Gong, Klang

After a long stage 1 war of finals (actually not that long, 3 months only). Finally it's term break now! Right after the last day of term 1, almost the whole class (except for Sue Jan & Korosh) went all the way to klang just to have dinner. We had lots of fun of cause! So much of crapping and laughing. At last, our classmates are coming together. It was envy in my eyes to see students from other class getting along so well, they do almost everything together. And now, I can see that we're building up into a larger strong group of people! Love you guys! Looking forward to the next gathering! =D

Health for Women - Menstrual

Women have their menstrual cycle every month, we all know generally the amount of blood lost from the body that usually causes Anemia (low on red blood cells) to most women, which leads to dizziness, feeling faint, and so much more other health problem. It's pretty important that womens take note about this and make an effort to maintain a healthy wellness.

Here's some ways to deal with it. The Chinese Traditional way is to take certain herb or medicine every now and then especially after each period. The convenient way is to take "白凤丸"
Bak Fueng Yun, which is sold in various Chinese herb store. Of course there are another better way (if you were to have the time), it is to boil herbal soup which is called Pat Chan "八珍". You can easily get it from Chinese herbal store, they'll pack all the needed herb and teach you how to boil it.

Well, about the herbal Pat Chan soup. Some people may think it's slightly bitter, it really depends on the types of herbs that is boiled together. More honey dates will make the soup taste sweeter, tastier I would say. But anyhow it taste it's good for females.

Happy Valentine's Day *soon*

Happy Valentine's Day to you guys in advance! Anyway, I just changed the title image (Finally). I almost forgotten Valentine's Day is around the corner. Too much of CNY celebration... got carried away =P

To single guys, if you guys have any girl in mind/heart, PLEASE do not miss this good chance to plan something special for "her". As for the single girls! Save as much ENERGY to attract good guys to you. For everyone, Valentine's is a day of L.O.V.E, not only to couple kind of love but also friends and family. Do show appreciation and don't hesitate to tell them how much you love them and how much they mean to you before it's too late (well, you wouldn't know right?).

C'mon cupids! Time for you to do your job right to bring Love to everyone! Cheers~*
